Welcome to Circa 33
Our name pays tribute to our neighborhood street block and the year 1933 which was the year prohibition was repealed. We call ourselves a neighborhood haunt that focuses on great ambiance, delicious food and classic libations.
You’ll notice our cocktail menu is dated according to year the cocktails were founded; showcasing drinks of the 1900’s and drinks influenced by the 21st century. All cocktails follow a “classic formula” – a combination of spirit, sugar, citrus and bitters, using some unique spirits such as Cynard, Green Chartreuse, Absinthe and Lillet Blanc. In addition to our selection of classic cocktails, we feature over 100 whiskeys in our library-style bar. Try one of our 12 beers on draft, highlighting great NW microbrews, cider, as well as some European styles.
Food! Our cuisine is “Influenced American”. Our favorite projects are incorporating spirits and smoking meats on our house Traeger. You’ll see them both used throughout our menu. This bar was built to be a hangout for the neighborhood to make their own. We hope you enjoy your stay and we’ll see you again soon.
